The pace of change in medicine and the need to stay abreast of political, economic and scientific issues is a major concern of the Sierra Sacramento Valley Medical Society (SSVMS), the California Medical Association (CMA) and the American Medical Association (AMA). Member physicians receive a wide variety of publications and electronic communications. We strongly encourage all members to devote a little time each week to staying abreast of what their investment in dues is returning.
