The Board:
Approved the 2005 Audit Report and Management Recommendation Letter following a presentation from the Society's auditor, John Robertson, CPA.

Received a presentation concerning the Society's investments from Patty Estopinol, CIMA, First Vice President of Investments, Smith Barney.

Approved the Executive Committee's recommendations concerning language for radio spots to be used during a 26-week period (one week on, one week off for 12 months) on Capital Public Radio, KXJZ and the Classical Station KXPR. At its June meeting, the Board approved the use of radio spots to increase the Medical Society's name and recognition and public profile.
