Approved the Auditor's recommendations regarding updates to SSVMS policies relating to general housekeeping and accounting procedures.

Upon the recommendation of the BloodSource Board of Trustees, the Board approved the appointment of Brenda Crum to the 2008 BloodSource Board of Trustees to complete the term vacated by Judge Morrison England.
