The straight lines of the skylight produced curved shadows on the wall, which in turn reflected back on the skylight. She was struck by the play of light that slowly unfolded throughout the day on the expansive atrium walls. For her, "The museum became like a giant sundial."

Two other photographs from the museum portfolio appear in a show of her work that runs through July 5 in the Sacramento Commercial Bank lobby, at 5th and J Streets.
