SSV Medical Society News - 2017 - Volume 6 - Issue 7 - July Dear Colleagues: SSVMS' Joy of Medicine Advisory Committee has been hard at work creating a program to help our colleagues recognize the signs of burnout, build meaningful resiliency and help us all thrive in our profession. To officially kickoff the new program, it is with great pleasure that I invite you to the First Annual "Joy of Medicine Summit" on September 23rd from 7:30 am to 2:00 pm at Arden Hills Country Club. This free summit is an opportunity for you to join other physicians in the region for fellowship and hands-on educational sessions to help you build resilience and bring joy back to your practice of medicine. Please click here to learn more about the summit and to RSVP. I hope to see you at the summit and, as always, let me know what your medical society can do for you, radams@ssvms.org.
