Registration is now open for the 2025 Joy of Medicine Summit, happening Saturday, September 27 at the Urban Hive in Sacramento (with a virtual option too). This isn’t just another conference. These are the critical conversations we need to have: how to stay grounded when patients are misinformed but still need our compassion; how to spot burnout and show up for each other before crisis hits; and how emerging tools like AI might help lighten the load instead of adding to it. We’ll have hands-on strategies, peer-to-peer connection, and a full breakfast to fuel it all. No cost to attend, up to 3 CMEs, and yes—there will be massage therapists onsite for those joining in person. Whether you’re running on empty or just ready to re-center, I look forward to seeing you there! Thank you! Adam Dougherty, MD, MPH SSVMS President I'm Saving My Seat!
